Quiet residential lane within the Hot Springs National Park / Lake Hamilton area (ZIP 71913). Close to outdoor and visitor draws: Hot Springs National Park and Bathhouse Row (downtown historic district), Oaklawn Racing & Gaming, Lake Hamilton (boating and fishing), Magic Springs theme park and Garvan Woodland Gardens are all short drives.

Most guests rely on a car for flexibility—drive times are short to parklands and lakes but attractions are spread across town. Hot Springs Transit (city bus) operates routes from the Transportation Depot in downtown for those without cars (limited schedules). Biking and walking are practical for nearby destinations and there are multi‑use trails (Hot Springs Creek greenway) and neighborhood connectors. For visitors arriving by air or train, expect a ground transfer by rental car, taxi or rideshare to reach the property.

Pool heating by request and is $100 per day and must be applied for the entire duration of your stay.

The pool can be heated to a maximum temperature of 90°F.

During colder months (typically December–February), especially when temperatures drop below 50°F, the pool heater may not perform efficiently.

SEASONAL LAKE LEVEL NOTICE
Please note that Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with water levels gradually lowered throughout the winter. The refill process begins between March 1st and March 8th, and the lake is typically fully restored by March 15th each year. This property is located in a quiet cove, which means that during the drawdown, water levels in this area drop significantly—often resulting in no visible water near the shoreline.

Two hour early check is available for $50. Subject to availability.
