Residential street located at the edge of Hot Springs National Park, within easy access to downtown Hot Springs and Bathhouse Row (historic bathhouses, shops, restaurants). The area is scenic and park-like with hills, trails and short drives to Lake Hamilton, Garvan Woodland Gardens, Oaklawn Racing & Gaming, and the city’s main dining/entertainment corridor.

Walkable for short trips to nearby park trails and some local streets, but most guests use a car, taxi or rideshare for attractions and dining.

SEASONAL LAKE LEVEL NOTICE
Please note that Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with water levels gradually lowered throughout the winter. The refill process begins between March 1st and March 8th, and the lake is typically fully restored by March 15th each year. This property is located in a quiet cove, which means that during the drawdown, water levels in this area drop significantly—often resulting in no visible water near the shoreline.
