Welcome to our Lake House, a perfectly-located vacation home we renovated into the ideal gathering place for family and friends-ours and yours!

Our Lake House is a beautifully renovated, lakefront home that sleeps 16 and features multiple “spaces” for your guests to enjoy. These include the main living and dining room, the hearth room with wood-burning fireplace, 2 decks with plenty of seating, the “spa room” with 6-person hot tub, and our favorite—the game room with pool table, air hockey, 4 arcade games, wet bar, and 75” TV.

The house sits on a large, wooded acre that rolls gently down to the lakefront. We’re at the end of an inlet we like to call “Turtle Cove” (for all the little turtles that live there). It’s a wonderfully quiet place to sit, relax, swim, or just enjoy the water.

Situated right on the lakefront, but only minutes from all the excitement of Oaklawn, Bathhouse Row, Magic Springs and Crystal Falls, Garvin Gardens, The Lake House is the perfect home base for your Hot Springs adventure.

***Unfortunately this property is not available to rent to student groups. Families and groups of adults 25+ are welcome to book. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed.

***Please note that the annual drawdown of Lake Hamilton begins on November 1st of each year and the refill of both lakes will begin between March 1st and March 8th of the following year. The refill is scheduled to be completed each year by March 15th.

Our guests have access to the entire home, acre+ yard, flagstone fire pit, and boat dock.
