The master bedroom has a king bed and all other beds are queens. There are 8 beds in all. The master bathroom offers a soaker tub with views of the lake, and a tiled walk-in shower. Guests will be sent access information 3 days prior to arrival. All communication is handled through the Airbnb app. GROUPS Unfortunately, this property is not available to student groups, parties or weddings. Families and those over age 25 are welcome to book! PETS We welcome pets and charge a non-refundable $150 pet fee per stay for up to two pets. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required to keep the space comfortable for all guests. POOL HEATING POLICY Pool heating is available by request only. Pool heat is $100 per day and must be applied for the entire duration of your stay. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for pool heat activation. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not guaranteed and will incur an additional $50 fee. The pool can be heated to a maximum temperature of 75–80°F. During colder months (typically December–February), especially when temperatures drop below 50°F, the pool heater may not perform efficiently.
