SEASONAL LAKE LEVEL NOTICE
Please note that Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with water levels gradually lowered throughout the winter. The refill process begins between March 1st and March 8th, and the lake is typically fully restored by March 15th each year. This property is located in a quiet cove, which means that during the drawdown, water levels in this area drop significantly—often resulting in no visible water near the shoreline.

There is no direct lake access from this property. However, our neighbor allows guests to use their dock to launch kayaks only. Please note that boat mooring, fishing, and swimming from the dock are not permitted.

Please note: this property does not have a washer or dryer.

For peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case your plans change unexpectedly.
